We stand behind our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction with warranties and by offering same day service on most dies, with very few exceptions.

OWOSSO also makes reordering easy! We keep negatives on file for 12 weeks for all copper & magnesium, fabric, and membrane dies. Thermal die negatives are kept on file at OWOSSO for one year. All you need to do is notify us before 10 a.m. EST/EDT and your re-order will be included in that day’s production.
